WHAT: North Metro Psychological Services is pleased to offer a support group for anyone in their mid-20s to 30s who identifies as neurodivergent and wants to connect with others in a safe, confidential therapeutic group space.
Participants will mainly focus on concerns related to neurodiversity at their discretion. However, facilitator(s) plan to provide education on topics that will include, but are not limited to, naming and defining sensory needs, understanding disability and burnout, unmasking and potential grief, work challenges, and neurodivergence throughout life.
This group will be ongoing and have a maximum of 8 members at any given time in an effort to best serve each member's needs.
DATES: Mondays 6:00 - 7:30 PM or Tuesdays from 6:00 - 7:30 P.M.
WHERE: This group will be IN-PERSON at 800 Kennesaw Ave NW, Suite 250, Marietta, GA 30060.
COST:
An hour group screening will be in-person at North Metro Psychological Services. The cost is $65.00. If it’s determined this group is not of good clinical fit at that time, co-facilitator(s) will assist in connecting to appropriate resources.
The cost per group session is $65.00.
COMMITMENT: Every week. Exceptions to attendance and additional group details will be discussed at the group screening.
