Fees for therapy vary by clinician:
Individual sessions are between $150 and $250 per session.
Couples and family sessions between $150 and $300 per session.

Assessment:
All our evaluations; intakes, testing, scoring and interpreting results, report writing, and feedback sessions are completed by experienced doctoral level clinicians only. Our providers also specialize in adult psychological assessment. For more details about the assessment process, please click here. Fees for evaluations vary depending on type of evaluation and time involved and range from $500 to $3850.
PLEASE NOTE: All our evaluations include a comprehensive psychiatric assessment, including anxiety, depression, trauma, Bipolar, OCD, and any other potential mental health concerns. In addition, personality assessments are also included in all comprehensive adult evaluations.

Comprehensive Psychological Evaluation for Autism Spectrum Disorder only:

Comprehensive Psychoeducational Evaluation for Learning Disabilities that covers cognitive, attention, learning, and emotional/behavioral factors that may be hindering academic, social, or functional success.

*The purpose of this service is to screen for a variety of conditions and to determine whether a more in-depth assessment is warranted. Often, screenings are sufficient to identify the factors that are contributing to presenting difficulties, and to make helpful recommendations. However, screenings are not sufficient to assess for and document eligibility for disability accommodations, which requires a full assessment. They do not provide and are not a replacement for a comprehensive evaluation report.
If assessment you are looking for is not listed above, please contact us to discuss your individualized needs and get a quote for services. Please note, we do not offer court mandated, custody, or other legal related evaluations.
Insurance:
At North Metro Psychological Services, we prioritize offering personalized and comprehensive assessments for every client, which is why we operate exclusively as a private pay only practice. We do not accept insurance as a form of payment to ensure the quality and depth of our services are maintained without compromise.
Why We Do Not Accept Insurance?
Our dedication to delivering comprehensive evaluations is upheld by our experienced doctoral-level clinicians. The extensive and tailored nature of these assessments is not typically covered by most insurance companies. Such evaluations, which include learning or educational evaluations, psychoeducational assessments of academic achievement, cognitive (IQ) testing, or personality inventories, are beyond the scope of insurance coverage.
Before seeking reimbursement, please contact your insurance provider directly to understand your Out-of-Network benefits and ask the following questions:
Do I have "out-of-network" benefits?
Are behavioral services covered, and what is the coverage amount?
Is there a deductible, and how much is it?
What portion will be reimbursed?
Is a referral needed from a primary care physician?
Please remember that the amount and time it takes for reimbursement vary based on your insurance company and plan, and seeking reimbursement is your responsibility.

Types of Payment Accepted:
The following methods of payment are accepted: HSA, FSA cards, credit cards (American Express, Discover, Visa, Mastercard), check, cash. Payment for our services is due at the time of your appointment. Even though we do not directly deal with insurance companies, you may have the option to submit documentation for Out of Network benefits depending on your specific insurance plan. We will ensure you have all the necessary documentation to seek potential reimbursement from your insurance provider. Some common insurance plans that offer Out of Network reimbursement include Aetna, BCBS – Blue Cross Blue Shield, CIGNA, Humana, and UBH – United Healthcare/United Behavioral Health.
