Support Group - Mid 30’s - 50’s
North Metro Psychological Services is pleased to offer a virtual support group for neurodivergent adults in their mid-30s to 50s who are seeking connection, validation, and support in a safe, confidential therapeutic group space.
This semi-structured group combines psychoeducation with participant-led discussion, offering both practical tools and meaningful peer connection. The facilitator will introduce coping strategies tailored to the needs of neurodivergent adults navigating this life stage, while also holding space for participants to explore their individual concerns each week. A central goal of the group is to foster a sense of community among neurodivergent adults, providing an opportunity to reduce isolation, share lived experiences, and build supportive connections with others who understand the unique challenges and strengths of late-diagnosed or self-realized neurodivergence.
Topics will include, but are not limited to, identifying and meeting sensory needs, understanding disability and burnout, exploring unmasking and the complex emotions it can bring, navigating workplace dynamics and professional challenges, managing relationships and family life, and embracing neurodivergence throughout adulthood.
This group will be ongoing and have a maximum of 5 members at any given time in an effort to best serve each member's needs.

Please click the button below to schedule a screening or fill out an inquiry form on the Contact Us page. Dr. Langley will respond to you within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.
If accepted for an in-person screening, Dr. Langley will create a profile, if needed, for you on our HIPAA-compliant platform, SimplePractice, and send all group-related paperwork. All of the paperwork must be completed before an in-person screening is scheduled. Once complete, Dr. Langley will follow up with a proposed group screening date and time accordingly.
Our standard protocol is to follow up on an admittance decision within 72 business hours, excluding weekends and holidays. If we have to extend that deadline —for example, if we need to consult with one of your providers —we will keep you posted accordingly.
Please note that participation in either of these activities does NOT guarantee acceptance into the group.
