Support Group - Mid 20’s - 30’s
North Metro Psychological Services is pleased to offer an in-person support group for neurodivergent adults in their mid-20s to 30s who are looking to connect with others in a safe, supportive, and confidential therapeutic group setting.
This group is designed to foster meaningful connections and community among neurodivergent peers during a life stage often filled with transitions and identity exploration. Participants will have the opportunity to focus on their own concerns and lived experiences each week, while also receiving psychoeducation from the facilitator(s) on key topics relevant to neurodivergent life.
Group discussions will include, but are not limited to: identifying and honoring sensory needs, understanding disability identity and burnout, navigating unmasking and the emotions that may arise, handling workplace challenges and career transitions, building healthy relationships, and exploring neurodivergence throughout adulthood. The group aims to provide both practical coping tools and a sense of solidarity, helping participants feel less isolated and more empowered in their neurodivergent identity.
This group will be ongoing and have a maximum of 8 members in an effort to serve each member's needs best.

Please click the button below to schedule a screening or fill out an inquiry form on the Contact Us page. Dr. Langley will respond to you within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.
If accepted for an in-person screening, Dr. Langley will create a profile, if needed, for you on our HIPAA-compliant platform, SimplePractice, and send all group-related paperwork. All of the paperwork must be completed before an in-person screening is scheduled. Once complete, Dr. Langley will follow up with a proposed group screening date and time accordingly.
Our standard protocol is to follow up on an admittance decision within 72 business hours, excluding weekends and holidays. If we have to extend that deadline —for example, if we need to consult with one of your providers —we will keep you posted accordingly.
Please note that participation in either of these activities does NOT guarantee acceptance into the group.
