WHAT: Join our ADHD Support Group for Professionals, designed for working adults who may also be balancing the demands of parenting and managing a household. This group offers a safe, confidential space to connect with others who share similar challenges in managing ADHD in both professional and personal environments.

Participants will focus on discussing topics related to managing ADHD, such as balancing work and home life, improving organization and time management skills, handling workplace challenges, and strategies for reducing overwhelm. Facilitators will also provide education and facilitate discussions on practical ADHD strategies and creating healthy routines for long-term success. Led by Jazmin Eaves, M.Ed., ADHD-CCSP, ADHD Certified Clinical Services Provider and Neurodevelopmental Coach.

DATES/TIMES: Mondays from 6:30 – 7:30 PM. Specific group start dates will be confirmed soon.

WHERE: This group will be held virtually (online). Participants can join from the comfort of their own home or office.

COST: The cost per group session is $75 per participant. No screening required.
